The Blog Is Back—And So Am I

Well, well, well. Look who decided to dust off the old blog and dip a pedicured toe back into the waters of selectively oversharing. (Spoiler alert: It’s me.)

So, what’s new?
✔️ Fitness & the TB12 Method – It ain’t my first clean eating rodeo, but let’s see if Tom Brady’s method can get me moving like I didn’t just sit for two years straight. Hydration, resistance bands, and pliability—let’s do this.
✔️ Local Travel – Exploring Virginia one scenic view, boutique hotel, and historic town at a time.
✔️ Food & Drink – Because I can cook almost anything (former sous chef flex), and I’m always down for a well-crafted cocktail (Tom Brady wouldn’t approve).
✔️ Still Single, Still Thriving – Six years and counting, and I’m still no closer to wanting a serious relationship. Yet.
✔️ Weight Loss Goals – I’ll be 51 in May.  I have an initial goal by my birthday.  I’ll share more details later. . Manifesting it with sweat and a more focused and disciplined mindset.
✔️ Discipline & FocusTom Brady’s mindset is built on unwavering focus and discipline, and that’s exactly the energy I’m channeling. Not even joking when I say that, for the past two weeks, every time I hesitate, I ask myself: What would Tom Brady do? (Answer: Probably eat an avocado ice cream and go throw a football 60 yards like it’s nothing). My goal? To apply that same level of commitment because I’m tired of my own bullshit.

After an extended pause—let’s call it strategic introspection—I’m back, ready to serve up my signature mix of wit, wisdom, and the occasional praise (or rant) about Ohio State football.

Expect posts on self-confidence, health & fitness (aka, weight loss–because this body isn’t my endgame), classic fashion over trends, and, of course, how to thrive in solitude without becoming a recluse.
